The Czech Republic is divided into thirteen regions and the capital and largest city Prague.

The Czech Republic includes the historical territories of Bohemia and Moravia and a small part of Silesia.

The Czech economy gets a substantial income from tourism. In 2011, Prague was the sixth most visited city in Europe. The total earnings from tourism reached 5.5% of its GNP.

There are several centers of tourist activity. The spa town such as Karlovy Vary is particularly popular relaxing holiday destinations.

Architectural heritage is another object of visitor´s interest especially in Prague which is regarded by many as one of Europe's most charming and beautiful cities. Prague has become the most popular travel destination in Central Europe. Millions of tourists visit the city every year. The Czech Republic is known worldwide for its individually made, mouth blown and decorated art glass and crystal.
